How to know good or bad quality of faucet？

1) Look at appearance

After the tap/faucet is polished, the surface should be nickel or chrome plated to prevent oxidation of the tap. After Neutral salt spray test on the faucet, the coating should not rust in a certain period of time after the test, and only through the neutral salt spray test to sell in market. Check whether the surface is bright as a mirror, without any oxidation spots, no bubbles, color is uniform.

2) Try to check handle

Steel ball valve core has good pressure resistance, but the sealing effect of the rubber ring is easy to wear and tear, will soon be aging. Compared with it, the ceramic valve core/cartridge is more heat resistant and wear-resistant, and the ceramic core itself has good sealing performance.

3) Listen to the quality of sound

A good faucet should be a solid piece of forged copper that sounds dull when struck. If the sound is very brittle, it is made of stainless steel, the quality is a grade worse.

4) Check laser or label

General formal goods have the brand identity of the manufacturer, and some unconventional products or some poor quality products only some paper labels, without any mark.
